Book review
.
In this book, Guillermo Bavera explains in a very simple and concrete way the theoretical and practical basis of bovine production. The documented experience and trajectory of the author, proposes a detailed tour through each bovine and buffalo breed in Argentina, highlighting the advantages, virtues and scope of use of each one of them. The classification, definition, crossbreeding and formation of the breeds, and a detailed description of each breed: British, Continental, Japanese, Zebu, African, Dairy, among others, are part of the book.
As in many of his publications, the author’s greatest wish is that this work will be of use to students, producers and all those interested in Argentinean cattle and buffalo breeding.
